Usage of Electronic Resources

The electronic information resources are owned by third-party content providers, and each has its own Terms of Use. Breaching these terms can have serious consequences for the entire SMU Community.

Important Notice

Users must respect the Intellectual Property Rights of SMU service providers. Please note that:
* Only students, faculty and staff of SMU are permitted to use the e-resources
* Electronic resources can only be used for non-profit and non-commercial purposes
    i.e. educational, research and teaching purposes

STRICTLY PROHIBITED

	Downloading excessive portions of a resource.		Transmitting, sharing, copying or making accessible online content to non-SMU parties
	Violating the Singapore Copyright Act.		Sharing IDs and passwords.
